Wedding invitations are constantly in demand and being able to work with clients on a custom design is a rewarding experience. It broadens the opportunities for creativity and print, but also challenges me as a designer to curate these elements to the couple's overall vision.

Keeping in mind potential colour schemes, paper variations, and special details such as metallic foil and spot gloss, I created this mockup that incorporates these elements for a classy summer wedding.

The invitation captures a simple watercolour theme of florals that I contrasted with free-flowing gold lines at the very top to keep things modern.

I also chose to design the wax seal on the envelope to using the same typeface and initials of the couple to maintain the personalization of the whole custom design.

Continuing on with the wedding invitation design, I extended the concept to these assets typically printed for the wedding reception!

The package consists of a photo booth template, "best wishes" comment card, reception schedule, dinner menu, name card, and thank you letter.

I focused on using the key elements of gold, florals and dusty paper tones throughout the package for consistency.
